Over 100 Years Of History
1910
the beginning
Antica Cantina Leonardi was founded in 1910 in Montefiascone, when Domenico Leonardi, upon returning from the Americas, established the winery by digging caves by hand and began selling local wines in small flasks.
1960
Origin and evolution of a passion
In the 1950s, Domenico’s sons transformed the family business into a winery. In the 1960s, Carlo modernized Antica Cantina Leonardi, turning it into a nationally recognized winery with new vineyards and technologies.
1980
Quality, territory and local products
In the 1980s, Ugo Leonardi focused on quality and promoting the local area. In the 1990s, new vineyards and the modernization of the winery cemented Antica Cantina Leonardi’s reputation as a leader in winemaking.
Today
Fourth generation and the corporate future
Today, Riccardo and Emanuele run Antica Cantina Leonardi, an international winery that combines tradition, innovation, and hospitality, offering unique experiences among the vineyards and tastings of local products.
