  1. Soggetto Promotore
    Il programma fedeltà denominato “Club del Vino” (di seguito, “Programma” o “Club”) è promosso e gestito da Cardinal Marcantonio Barbarigo Società Agricola Cooperativa (di seguito, il “Promotore” o l'”Azienda”), con sede legale in Via Solferino della Battaglia, 30 – 01027 – Montefiascone (VT) e sede operativa in Via del Pino, 12 – 01027 Montefiascone (VT), P. IVA e C.F. 01592100562, indirizzo e-mail: leonardi@cantinaleonardi.it .
  2. Program Recipients (Participants)
    Membership in the Program is optional, free of charge, and is addressed exclusively to natural persons of legal age (according to Italian law) who purchase the Company's products and services as consumers for purposes not related to their professional or business activity (hereinafter, "User", "Customer" or "Participant"). Joining implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the website www.cantinaleonardi.it .
  3. How to Join
    To participate in the Wine Club, the User must register by creating a personal account on the Company's website (www.cantinaleonardi.it). Registration requires entering truthful data and a valid e-mail address, and automatically assigns the initial status with the related welcome points.
  4. Program Mechanics and Point Accumulation ("Scudi")
    The Program is based on the accumulation of loyalty points, symbolically called "Scudi" (Shields), linked to the volume of purchases generated.
  • 4.1. The User accumulates Scudi for every successful purchase (without returns, reversals, or cancellations) made either through the online shopwww.cantinaleonardi.itor at the physical winery (regarding products or wine tourism experiences).
  • 4.2. The accrued points contribute to reaching specific purchase volume thresholds (value in Euros) that unlock the Status upgrade and the consequent advantages, coupons, and physical or experiential benefits.
  • 4.3. Accrued points are strictly personal, non-assignable to third parties, non-transferable to other accounts, and can in no case be converted into cash.
  • Conversion Rate and Special Promotions: The base ratio for point accumulation is established at 1 Scudo for every 1 Euro spent (net of any shipping costs or extra taxes, unless otherwise communicated). This standard conversion rate may undergo variations or exclusive increases on the occasion of particular events or initiatives. By way of example, as provided by status benefits, for purchases made during the User's birthday week, points will be doubled (2 Scudi for every 1 Euro spent). The Company also reserves the right to activate further temporary promotional campaigns during the year (e.g., "Double Scudi", "Grape Harvest Bonus", etc.) that will allow for accelerated point accumulation, subject to timely communication to members through official channels.
  1. Status Levels and Benefits
    Based on the "Scudi" (points) accumulated by increasing the Euro value of purchases, the Participant can access 4 different progressive levels inspired by the historical framework of the Est! Est!! Est!!! legend. Below are the thresholds and related benefits guaranteed for each level:
  • Level 1 – Vineyard Worker (from 0 to 100 Scudi)
    • New Member.
    • 20 Scudi (points) welcome bonus upon registration.
    • 10% discount usable for the User's birthday.
    • Double points (Scudi) accumulated for purchases made during birthday week.
  • Level 2 – Tavernkeeper of Montefiascone (from 101 to 250 Scudi)
    • €10 welcome coupon issued upon reaching the new status.
    • 15% discount for birthday and double points during birthday week.
    • Physical Gift: 1 Antica Cantina Leonardi corkscrew (issued together with the first purchase made in the new status).
    • Access to promotional campaigns and events reserved for members.
  • Level 3 – Servo Martino (from 251 to 600 Scudi)
    • Coupon di 25 € di benvenuto erogato al raggiungimento del nuovo status.

    • Preview of new vintages with guided online tasting.
    • Grand Prize: 1 complimentary stay including 1 night for 2 people at the Vigna sul Lago agriturismo, with a winery experience included (usable within 12 months).
    • Priority access to promotional campaigns and events reserved for members.
  1. Conditions of Use of Prizes, Gifts, and Experiences
  • 6.1 Coupons and Discounts: Welcome coupons (issued upon status change) and birthday discounts are applicable to physical and online purchases. They cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discount codes, unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
  • 6.3 Experiences and Stays: The use of complimentary tastings and stays is subject to the availability of the facility and strictly requires advance booking by contacting the Company's official channels. Such benefits (Level 3 and 4) are valid for 12 (twelve) calendar months from the moment of unlocking. Failure to use them within this period entails the forfeiture of the right, without any refund or replacement being due to the User.
  • 6.3 Experience e Soggiorni: L’utilizzo delle degustazioni omaggio e dei pernottamenti è soggetto alla disponibilità della struttura e richiede tassativamente la prenotazione anticipata contattando i canali ufficiali dell’Azienda. Tali benefit (Livello 3 e 4) hanno una validità di 12 (dodici) mesi solari dal momento dello sblocco. Il mancato utilizzo entro tale termine comporta la decadenza del diritto, senza che alcun rimborso o sostituzione sia dovuto all’Utente.
  1. Cancellation, Suspension, or Withdrawal from the Program
  • 7.1 The User may withdraw from the Wine Club at any time and free of charge by deleting their account from the website or by sending a formal communication via e-mail to the Company at leonardi@cantinaleonardi.it. Withdrawal entails the immediate cancellation of accumulated Scudi and the loss of all benefits not yet used. leonardi@cantinaleonardi.it . Il recesso comporta l’immediato azzeramento degli Scudi accumulati e la perdita di tutti i vantaggi non ancora usufruiti.
  • 7.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify the status, or cancel a User's account – revoking associated points and prizes – if it detects fraudulent use of the Program, abuse of discount codes, or serious violations of these regulations or the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the site
  1. Changes to the Regulations and Validity
    The Promoter reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, the rules of the Program, access thresholds, planned benefits, or conversion rates. Any detrimental modification will be preceded by appropriate communication to members with reasonable notice (e.g., 30 days) and will be promptly published on the website www.cantinaleonardi.itRights and coupons already acquired by users before the modification will remain valid.
  2. Processing of Personal Data (Privacy)
    Joining the Program involves the processing of the User's personal data. Such data will be processed by Cardinal Marcantonio Barbarigo Società Agricola Cooperativa, as Data Controller, in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) for purposes related to the execution of this loyalty Program (point calculation, prize sending, Club service communications).   3. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono regolati e interpretati secondo la Legge Italiana, con particolare riferimento al D. Lgs. 206/2005 (“Codice del Consumo”). Per ogni controversia nascente dall’interpretazione, esecuzione o validità del presente documento, la competenza territoriale spetta in via esclusiva al giudice del luogo di residenza o domicilio dell’Utente (Foro del Consumatore), ove ubicato nel territorio dello Stato Italiano.
